just finished it and i loved it, it made me cry, which doesn't happen very often with me and books
the book is like 2 stories in one, once dominick starts reading the lifestory of his grandfather.
who else has read it? what did you think?

great book... I read it many years ago (when it first came out in paperback)
and I didnt like it then

finishing it now, that I am a few years older... I LOVED IT.

the story is about twins... growing up, and their lives and their family (s)
its really hard to summerize beyond that.

I think it has more to do with Wally Lamb's writing style than the actual story - many others could and have written books similar, but he does it with such raw emotion...

I have "She's Come Undone" and I have very few books that I keep - I'm a reader and tosser/take back to the library type. If and when I get around to writing, I can only hope to put as much as he does in the pages...
